The company absolutely lives up to the name Easy Rubbish Removal. We tried other quotes from companies whose charges were a bit of this and a bit of that, but these people had a simple flat rate per cubic metre. Chayse was really lovely and super efficient - and got plenty into the truck. Can recommend with enthusiasm!

If ya want a fast, friendly, reliable, informative and excellent service for removal. Steve is your person to hire. I messaged him the day before and he came the next day and removed all my unwanted items. He was passionate about his job which made the experience even better ! Now imagine if you ordered an old school bin and guessed size you needed based on first pics, it would have been waaaay to small for what you eventually did have! Hence the “we charge for exact volume by per cubic metre” model showing its true benefits here with our mobile skips on wheels which makes me very happy to have been able to make it easier for you guys.

They were early, respected the property and professional from the outset.
Easy Skip Hire were referred to me by the Wyndham Council and my experience with them tells me why.
Not only did they do a fantastic job in clearing and removing the rubbish, but they were methodical as to how the loaded the skip to ensure I was getting the most efficient use of the volume.
The crew onsite were professional, kept me in the informed along the way and I genuinely felt they were trying to help me out.
I was impressed with the finer details too. Such as being careful with moving the rubbish and not damaging anything. Even the way they parked the truck is worth mentioning – as they didn’t have it reversed all the way onto the driveway, to ensure they didn’t crack the concrete etc.
The guys ended up moving 14 cubic metres of rubbish for me and boy did they do it quick – Less than an hour!!
I highly recommend them and they will be my "go to" with all my rubbish removal in the future.

I worked so hard to cut these trees down and had no way of removing them, Steve and his crew came by and were amazing. They made me feel so comfortable and were so fast.

Sent a photo of the hard rubbish and was quoted $135 per squared cubic metres, he charged me over $1000. He was very judgmental, complaining the whole time that it was dirty, disgusting and nasty. I obviously needed help, hence why I booked. I felt very judged and he embarrassed me with his comments.

Firstly, I’m sorry you felt that was and it was not our intention at all. Even though I felt we did our best for you in a set of challenging circumstances, we never would want you to feel like that. Apologies for that aspect. My reaction was only to some nasty waste not yourself personally.
Well I’m in complete shock here. I’ve tried calling you and message you also to chat.
Few facts.
- You asked if we could come same day and we shuffled work to take that happen for you.
- We advised for your specific job it was $135 per cubic metre X the exact amount to be collected. You approved it.
- Upon arrival I personally advised you had 8-9 cubic metres, well more than it looked in the pics you sent and some items weren’t sent in pics. I asked did you want to proceed and you said “absolutely no worries. No worries at all.”
- I had the same conversation with a carer who was on site also. Again all good please get it done.
- We advised there was food waste, rotten items etc and rotten liquids that we are not allowed to accept. I showed you that it had gotten all over my gloves and uniform but I advised we would take it for you and said no worries we are here to help. Those exact words “we are here to help, it’s totally ok”. You thanked me several times and I said “all good no stress at all”.
We measured it and advised again before submitting the invoice. You both said great thank you. We took before and after pics to show the work done.
This is a shock and we have tried several times to reach you. Please make contact thanks Steve

What a fantastic service this business offers, Not only were Steve and Chayse compassionate and polite, they were extremely fast with removal, they didn't bat an eyelid at the fridge that died during a power out and still had the same food in it. They were so professional that I would hire again with a spinal injury I can only do so much. What a relief it is to be able to finish cleaning up this disaster zone. 11/10

Being non- judgemental is super important because often people holding on to items and "hoarding" is related to mental illness or disability. You go above and beyond and understand exactly how much of a positive impact can be made by supporting people to get rid of items. The fact you're willing to take your time, help do things and having a chat made me feel valued and understood. Other people have been rude and pushy and charge a lot more. You came out within 24 hours and provided information in writing beforehand too. I love that you only charge for the volume you actually take.
